Refunds & Returns


A key component of our brand is our desire to be carbon neutral. Returned e-commerce goods account for a staggering proportion of the carbon footprint created by online shopping.
As such, in an attempt to reduce this impact as well as to promote sensible and educated consumerism, purchases will only be eligible for returns if the item/s were damaged upon receipt or incorrect goods were shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel.
Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.

Arrived damaged?

If any of your products are damaged in transit, then we will replace them free of charge.

Please do not send any damaged products back to us, but use this form to contact us. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods and provide photographic evidence of damaged products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use this contact form.

Import Tax

We are not responsible for any import tax accrued during the shipping of our products to customers. This will be payable by the customer upon entry into the destination country.
